I experienced the best craniosacral therapy at Coastal today. Feeling fantastic. Thanks. My headache is gone and it was a doozy.
Treatments are good for everyone. Even children can benefit from acupuncture or acupressure.
Amazing service and practitioners--strongly recommend! I walked in and the place is super zen, clean, and professional. I saw Christina for an overall relaxation and stress reduction session, especially since I've been pretty tense in my shoulder and neck muscles. It was my first time doing acupuncture and Christina is great in that she's very patient and will explain what she's doing and what it's for.
