A dear friend of mine was not given equal opportunity here. The staff in fact hung up on what could of been a potential customer. He was badgered humiliated and then denied. 😔

The person who is upset in this situation is upset because they did not qualify based on our application criteria. To move in to our community, you must be approved on your income, several other factors, and you must pass a criminal background check. If you’ve made decisions in the past that have impacted your criminal record, we can’t approve you.
This review is for the RV portion of this park. We stayed for a couple of days for 4th of July weekend 2020. My husband had to leave a deposit for the weekend, understandable, he was also told that he would be given the rest of his deposit based on the amount of electricity our camper used etc...also very understandable. He had requested that they not send a check to our address as we work in the oilfield and no one would be there to receive it for us.
