Worst Mechanic. Mel was Dishonest, rude, and ripped me off. They changed me $2120 for a harmonic ballencer replacement and noise diagnosis ( keep in mind this is a 2001 hzj 79 series Land Cruiser ) my radiator shroud got broken by the mechanic, but when Mel rang me asking for permission to replace it, he gave me a different story. I found out the truth when I collected my vehicle, and questioned them about it, then admitted to breaking it themselves. Which was $250 dollars extra. Utterly useless service from staff who are sadly lacking in customer skills and understanding. Had my 300 and van packed for a month in the NW and Karijini. Headed off at 8:00am only to find there was an error with the redarc brakes. Took it to TJM in Bassendean who ascertained that it was not a fuse issue but the brake line from the redarc to the rear plug had a break in it somewhere. I went there for installing long range fuel tank on my Ford Ranger. The job was done as promised and on time. They noticed an issue with the rear suspension and offered an advice how to get it fixed. They did great job on the suspension, the car drives much better now. Thank you guys, you have a happy customer!

Hi I had a elocker fitted to my patrol and I was quoted for new bearings though out and new pinon seal ect 3 years later I broke my locker so I removed the diff and found they used cheap Chinese bearings on the carrier and they never changed the pinion seal (brittle and old) or the pinion bearings were the factory ones can’t trust there work ask for photos and the old parts to be certain I have finished my diff rebuild there was a clunk previously I was changing trailing arm bushes trying to fix it after rebuilding the diff ... read more
