Walaa is a fantastic instructor. I completed my Emergency First Aid and CPR/AED training under her guidance and not once did I feel my attention drift during the session. She kept the entire class engaged by interacting with every participant, answering questions thoughtfully and clearly without ever going over time. She used real-life examples to break down complex topics, which made them much easier to understand. The Coast to Coast CPR course was very informative and well-organized. The instructor Scott F is knowledgeable, patient, and made learning easy and engaging. Hands-on practice helped build confidence in real-life emergency situations. Overall, it’s an excellent course that I would highly recommend to everyone.
Had a really great experience. The instructor “WALAA” was very professional and friendly. She makes sure you understand thoroughly. She is so experienced and teaches perfectly.
Excellent Experience Overall, Definitely recommend to others It was very easy to sign up online for Standard First Aid + CPR-C/AED, and do my training online as well. I don't recommend purchasing any of the extra "study guides" offered, I simply took notes during the modules, and that helped with retention. And you can also study on your own! Furthermore, the in-person examination is fairly easy. I scored 100% without ANY studying, and they go over the topics in person as well. The in-person training was also very amazing.... read more
