Walaa was my instructor for the EFA CPRC &AED training in Mississauga. One of the best teachers I’ve had for this course. She made the material easy to digest, didn’t rush anything, her communication skills are on point even when asked questions she was able to respond and get back to the topic with minimal delay. I had an excellent experience with Dimitri as our First Aid and CPR instructor. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in a clear, easy-to-understand way. What really made the class enjoyable was his sense of humor—he made us laugh while learning, so there was never a dull moment.
