I took the Standard First Aid & CPR course today and had a great experience. The instructor, Walaa, was excellent—very knowledgeable, patient, and clear in explaining everything. She made the material easy to understand and kept the class engaging and well-organized. Walaa created a comfortable learning environment, encouraged questions, and made sure everyone felt confident with the skills by the end of the course. Walaa is an amazing instructor!! She speaks very clearly and made the certification process easy and enjoyable. Walaa fostered a helpful and open class environment and covered the material thoroughly!! Questions were welcomed throughout the course and the feedback provided was clear, concise, and friendly. Her professional and welcoming demeanor made the certification process easy, I will definitely be coming back in the future for re-certification!!
It was an amazing day to meet different people, good studies, and good experiences. I feel inspired and interested for what we learned today, to keep ourselves safe and others. The funny thing is that I forgot my reading glasses and I’m surprised that in the end of the day there was an exam, I’m lucky and thankful for Ms Walaa. Walaa is a fantastic instructor. I completed my Emergency First Aid and CPR/AED training under her guidance and not once did I feel my attention drift during the session. She kept the entire class engaged by interacting with every participant, answering questions thoughtfully and clearly without ever going over time. She used real-life examples to break down complex topics, which made them much easier to understand. I had a great learning experience with the course. Wahlaa was a great instructor she made the class interactive , hands on and formative . Wahlaa teaching was clear with communication, presented the learning material really well and delivered the learning material in a way that will prepare me and the others in the class as first aid responders. I hope that wahlaa keeps up the great work and she's a amazing instructor.
