I recently completed the Standard First Aid & CPR Level C training at Coast2Coast Mississauga branch. Had a great experience. I took half of it online, and the other half in-person. Would like to especially mention, Walaa, the instructor was knowledgeable, engaging, and explained the material clearly. Entertained all of our questions with patience and expertise. Walaa is an amazing instructor!! She speaks very clearly and made the certification process easy and enjoyable. Walaa fostered a helpful and open class environment and covered the material thoroughly!! Questions were welcomed throughout the course and the feedback provided was clear, concise, and friendly. Her professional and welcoming demeanor made the certification process easy, I will definitely be coming back in the future for re-certification!!
There is a reason I got this score at BLS Training today and it was because it has been the most informative, interactive, real life situational and memorable training I’ve ever experienced in my 9 years of needing BLS training. I took a First Aid course with Coast2Coast today, and honestly it was a really great experience—mostly because of our instructor, Prabh. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and never rushed through anything. If someone had a question, she took the time to answer it properly, which made the whole class feel a lot more comfortable. Completed standard first aid and CPR C and Andrea is an excellent instructor! Very friendly and absolutely knowledgeable. My overall experience with Coast2Coast has been amazing along side getting help over the phone with Nabila. Make sure to get the online portion of the training done as it is thoroughly discussed and trained in the in-person session!
