Instructor Dimitri Lafleuer is very knowledgeable. He makes the training very easy and fun involving all the participants.(He jokes a lot).I never had this kind of experience before in last 15 years. I would definitely like to take his class again after 3 years (at the time of First Aid and CPR recertification).
Just completed my Standard First Aid training and I’m very pleased. I had a great experience, my instructor Dimitrih was very knowledgeable, engaging and funny which made the class enjoyable and easy to follow. He created a relaxed and comfortable environment that helped everyone feel at ease while learning. I would definitely recommend.
