Very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of all staff. I started using Coast Women’s Imaging after my initial scan was done elsewhere, the previous place gave me an unnecessary scare and I was recommended Coast Women’s Imaging for further scans, they reassured me that everything was ok and have continued to provide me with thorough scans throughout my pregnancy. They are a bit more expensive than a standard imaging place but I believe it’s well worth it for the thoroughness and peace of mind that they offer.
PLEASE READ Update **** my review mysteriously disappeared. It didn't even show up in my own google reviews until recently. I never did receive a reply or a phone call. No apology. No follow-up. This experience is one that I still find upsetting and definitely took away from my ultrasound experiences for my successful pregnancies. I could not fault my experience at Coast Women’s Imaging. From the moment I called and spoke with the lovely admin team, I immediately felt at ease during what was quite an anxious time for me. When I arrived, I was greeted with the same warmth and kindness. The space itself is beautiful and calming, creating such a positive and welcoming environment. Great team, made me feel extremely calm, supported and informed.
I attended this clinic for a HyCoSy following a recent ectopic pregnancy. This had already been an emotionally and physically exhausting time, involving multiple ultrasounds (both abdominal and transvaginal) and frequent blood tests over several weeks. The reception staff were warm, kind, and welcoming. The sonographer who performed my initial ultrasound was also gentle, respectful, and professional, and although there was some discomfort, it was entirely manageable.
