Had my 12 week and NIPT testing done here and was very happy with the service. Had someone in training do my ultrasound guided by a senior person, they were both very professional and made very comfortable and explained everything to us. The midwives were also very kind and answered all of our questions.
The doctor who did my ultrasound report did not make comments on everything I was referred for. I asked for a phone call so he could explain my images further as I could see an area of concern. He told me yes he could see something there but “it’s normal” and he would not be updating his report. I had to pay $400 for another ultrasound elsewhere because he did not care to update his. I am now booked in for surgery to repair my “normal” concern. Thank god I didn’t listen to him.

Had my dating ultrasound today in Gosford Central Coast. The Filipino radiographer seemed very bored at her job, gave no information, hardly spoke, was very flat, could at least smile and say congratulations. I had to ask her so how much is the baby measuring? So what is the babies heart rate? Like extracting blood from a stone. Happy news today so I didn't let it ruin my day but wouldn't go back there as you want to have a positive environment. Reception staff are excellent though!
