My trash bin was finally collected (with a completely missed cycle and leaving us an extremely dirty can with lots of flies, please refer to the video in another review). Today, 7/11/24, our recycling bin was partially picked up, leaving a lot of boxes, etc. Are you kidding me? Are you shooting for the consistency of not doing things correctly? Mind blowing. Rubbish company that has eaten their words twice. They missed a scheduled pick-up and promised to do a recovery pick-up but never showed up, TWICE! With active follow-up with their coordinator/outsourcer/whatever, they never acted. We were instructed to leave the trash bin on the drive way. It has been there for three days. Always a no show and what a shame. I bet the pandemic has been treating some folks very well and people are getting super comfortable with their job security even with such a poor performance.
