From the time I showed up it was a warm family feeling. Very polite young lady at the service desk. And there technician Randy above and beyond and troubleshoot a reefer took him 2 hours but he got it up and going there and if there's somebody that knows his stuff it's Randy I recommend him if you show up there thank you again
Brought my trailer in yesterday afternoon around 1100. Liz I want to thank you all for the professionalism and hospitality. To the tech who fixed the issue on my reefer unit 840082. Running strong and all is looking good. To those behind the scenes making it all come together. My hat is off to you all. Oregon you have treated me amazing these past 8+years. I enjoy coming to Oregon anytime I get a chance. Life is Good
