Since my last review i have deleted the post as I have just talked with the shop they did what they had to do for the person who messed up. I now give them a positive review for doing the right thing and making things right. Thank you coast for fixing the issue as you did. I hated to make that review but if it helps the shop to fix things I will always want to help make a business that much better.
From the shop to the store being clean, I really enjoyed this place and plan to be a regular. Elizabeth at the service desk really did a fantastic job at making things happen that I needed. Brand new compressor installed on an older unit! Very happy!!
I hate to leave a bad review but im gonna have to say this shop has no attention to details. Got a code taken care of tech handed more oil and told us we was ready to roll. We'll got to the yard and took off to do things I needed to do came back to oil all over the place. Very unhappy and I told my maintenance team I refuse to come back. Im sorry coast your office staff is amazing but the techs have the attention span of a gnat. Tech didnt replace the oil dip stick.
