This Lady Is "Crazy" I had exceptional service from Coast Transport Insurance. The crazy lady was right about one thing, the people who work at coast are very easy going and easy to work with, but she is wrong about the owner Scott. The guy gave me a great program and saved me hundreds of dollars; forget about switching to Geico, I?m sticking with Scott. My buddy referred me to coast because of their customer service. I guess out of 6 billion people in the world, being nice and reliable doesn't work for everyone.
Owner Ruined the Experience Coast Transport provides insurance for commercial trucking. The policies that they provide are decent, but they can also be obtained from other insurance agents with much better customer service. The women who work in the office processing the certificates of insurance and answering phone calls are very polite and helpful, but the owner is another story entirely. I belive his name was Scott.
