I recently inspected a caravan from Coast to Country and was extremely disappointed with the condition. The caravan had been fitted with modified suspension components, but there was no mod plate to certify the changes, which is a huge red flag for safety and legal compliance. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the suspension components had been cut and rewelded, which raises serious concerns about its stability and durability. We purchased a secondhand Concept innovation caravan and the sales man Trevor was fabulous. We needed to extend the due date by an extra week and a few days. Everytime we made contact everything was handled with a smile. On collecting the van Ross did the handover, due to us having had caravans before we felt we could manage that so we didn't put it up, big mistake 1.
