I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of communication and professionalism this company has. Our car was dropped off on Tuesday and was promised to be fixed on Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon we called to touch base and apparently the part they needed didn't come in yet. Why were we not notified? We were then told it would be ready on Thursday.
