I want to brag on, Tracey Presgrove, one of the sales reps at Coast To Coast. Tracey is always so friendly and takes the time to explain each item. She even works with me on the quantity of the order (I work at a small library and most of the time the quantities of the items are much more than I need). She always asks about my family and listens to my concerns. I would like to think we have become more than sales/customer. I will continue to purchase items from Tracey. If I could give her 10 stars I would.
I love talking with Tracy Presgrove when she calls my library. I have ordered some awesome items for the public (mints, coloring bags for the children, adult coloring books, seeded bookmarks, etc.) We always have great conversations and suggestions for each other on the different items available.
