The office team, Melissa, was great helping with me as I worked through a cost effective solution for my old leaking pool solar panels. Once we decided on a plan she set up the appointment provided the contract, with no surprises, and we were set for installation. The installation team was on time and prepared to remove the deteriorated leaking panels, haul them away and of course install the new HiTec panels. UPDATE: The owner Gary called me after seeing this review and apologized and made it right. Appreciate that. So unhappy with them! We've had pool solar heat with them for 11 years. We had our annual check up which we paid just under $200 for. After they left my husband went on the roof and found broken straps and pieces out of place. We called and spoke to Randy who apologized and said they would send them back to do the work that we had paid them for. At this point we have lost all confidence in this company. Mike serviced our solar panels today following my fear that I did not manage the pool pump and solar panels appropriately during a hard freeze (24 degrees). There were leaks coming from the panels and I was certain I had messed up causing them. Mike’s inspection found that the connections between the panels had expanded to the point where these connections were the source of the leak. All connections were resealed and no leaks found after a test. A very expensive problem was now an affordable fix and I am grateful. Great job... read more
