Always had great service from all the Doctors and Nurses here.
The receptionists were very understanding and accomodating of myself being late to my appointment. The doctor was very knowledgeable and provided me with all the information I needed to make informed decisions
Worse doctor practice ever, the GP (multiple) lied to me for over a whole year while happily taking my money before I made a call to where I was waiting for a referral to only find out the GP never sent it and been saying the whole time they was waiting to hear back from them but they never got a letter from them in the first place. Thank you for making me feel like I'm just a waste of space and time.
AVOID. Rats in the building, unhygienic for a medical facility. The place needs to be shut down. Drive to Warkworth instead.
