Worse doctor practice ever, the GP (multiple) lied to me for over a whole year while happily taking my money before I made a call to where I was waiting for a referral to only find out the GP never sent it and been saying the whole time they was waiting to hear back from them but they never got a letter from them in the first place. Thank you for making me feel like I'm just a waste of space and time.
AVOID. Rats in the building, unhygienic for a medical facility. The place needs to be shut down. Drive to Warkworth instead.
Unhygienic, dirty, really rude staff & a very assuming Male doctor. Have been mis-diognosed x3 & ended up paying more to go to another clinic. Have now changed doctors that are a 45 minute drive away for 100x better service, attention & professionalism. Would not recommend this place.
