Yet another poor review for the infamous Dr. Smale. How many times will she be a negligent and disrespectful person before a suitable replacement is found. It’s like she’s trying to tackle the healthcare worker shortage herself by whipping through people at such a speed that patients aren’t heard. I’ve been local to Wellsford for only about 6 years and I struggle to count the stories about Smale being negligent and disrespectful. Unfortunately like most other reviews, mine involves Carolyn Smale. On par with the other reviews my consult would've been lucky to have been 3 minutes. I might see a doctor once every two years, after this experience, I am reminded why. I've never had a doctor enter the examination room already carrying a prepared script... She hasn't even spoken to me, yet she has decided on a course of medication..? I was not heard, instead I was spoken down to. The nurse was lovely, reception staff again, lovely. Over 2 hours to be seen
