Yet another poor review for the infamous Dr. Smale. How many times will she be a negligent and disrespectful person before a suitable replacement is found. It’s like she’s trying to tackle the healthcare worker shortage herself by whipping through people at such a speed that patients aren’t heard. I’ve been local to Wellsford for only about 6 years and I struggle to count the stories about Smale being negligent and disrespectful.
