I had oil added after replacing oil pan gasket and air cooler flush. note I was handed a bill for 1600.00 , for 17 gallons of oil, ( 60 series ), they told me to let the motor run for awhile then check , I ended up draining 7 gallons of oil because they didn’t know it was over filled this happened in Jan 2022 , they didn’t know that you should chk your oil before running your engine anyway the owner said I was overcharged but they never made it right.

while on a tow from morehead city, my truck broke down, I called road service at 2am and within 35 minutes a tech was on-site. His name was Chase, He had the proper OEM diagnostic computer to identify the problem quickly. He was not using cheap aftermarket software. He was able to update the ecm and then perform a regen. when I had a part put on at a different shop, they never updated the ECM which would have prevented the problem. Giving a 3 for how well this shop has royally screwed us. I don't know if they just didn't know what they were doing but we would of respected them more if they said the rig was just out of their hands. Our rig has more damage than what there was prior to taking it here. It is now at the Peterbilt shop and we have a bill of $15,000. The $6,000 we wasted at this shop could have went to the Peterbilt but Coast to Coast definitely got us. Most of the fixes they said they did, they definitely DID NOT. I have to say that the 2 gentleman I delt with Patrick Saunders and Chase Robert's were both professional and knowledgeable on getting my truck back in working order. Highly recommended

One of the best shops on the East Coast!! They know what to work on and what to stay away from! Which means the shop is not backed up with a bunch of engine rebuilds and 40 year old trucks trying to come back to life!!! I pulled in for an airbag and left 45min later!!! Great job Chase!!! Thank you Patrick for taking care of everything!!! As for Pricing, it wasn’t the cheapest. I paid to have quick, and it was done Good. It’s rare to have 2 of the 3 options….Fast, Cheap or good!!!
