Not suprised about the bad reviews. I live in a home built by coast to coast. Shortcut city. Loose framing members, Fasteners missing or missed their shot completely. Go back where you came from.

Jeff and Bill Eckert of Coast to Coast Development built the homes in the neighborhood where we purchased a home 5 years ago in North Boulder. Out of 32 homes they built in our HOA, 5 of them now have significant, extreme water damage with black mold covering interior walls and attic spaces. The damage is 100% due to poor building practices by Coast To Coast and they are very aware that the damage is their fault. There are numerous construction defects in our Boulder rowhome community that was developed by Coast to Coast just 10 years ago. These defects surfaced several years ago and, during the past few years, more units are experiencing interior water damage, rotting of the decking subsurface, creating mold and other problems. Our HOA reached out to Jeff and Bill Eckert to take responsibility and remediate these extensive problems. Once my home starting having issues, as well as multiple neighbors, I started realizing the quality of my home was not what I thought it was. We have had to have a few repairs and with each, the repair man has been blown away by the short cuts made during the construction of the building...nails too long, wrong material, and lack of material. Our current issue is beyond....we have mushrooms growing inside of our house after it rains. The wood around our doors on the decks are totally rotting and water damage on the inside...... read more

Jeff Eckert and Bill Eckert are both aware of significant construction defects in our community which their company Coast to Coast developed. They include building un-sloped decks, firing too long of nails through EDPM rubber membrane, and mis-flashing of key deck features. These errors are now leading to interior damage in community homes, and they are not willing to warranty such work, systemically found on multiple homes, either fully or partially.
