Excellent compounding pharmacy with great customer service! Always calls back when a message is left!
Good bussiness learn from mistakes. Reviews show this pharmacy has a long history of not returning calls, rudeness on the phone, broken dispensing devices, and problems with refills that have lasted for years and years. And continue to this day. Purchased a $70 medication that comes in a highly critical dispenser. The container that dispensed the amount to take malfunctioned. I am very disappointed with the recent changes I have experienced with Coast to Coast Compounding. I’ve been using this pharmacy for several years and never had a real issue. Apparently, this pharmacy has implemented a $25 fee for service to expedite orders. I declined to pay the fee and have now been waiting a week and a half for my Rx. My doctor has a confirmed receipt of my Rx submitted to Coast to Coast Compounding on the morning of 3/2. Coast to Coast Compounding did not enter it into the system until 3/4.
