Absolutely terrible experience. We had an appointment but were made to wait 35 minutes with zero communication or apology. The staff were rude, uninterested, and acted like they couldn’t care less about customers. Total waste of time — avoid this place if you value basic respect and professionalism.
We called in for an inspection there for 11:00 am, they made us wait for 35 mins and when we asked about it the lady was rude and asked us to go away if we want. Don't go to this place if you value basic respect and customer service.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. We were scheduled for a car inspection at 11 AM but were left waiting for over an hour with no proper communication or updates. When we tried to ask politely about the delay, the lady was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. This level of disrespect towards customers is simply not acceptable. Would not recommend based on this terrible service and attitude.
