Places an order for 2 carports in Dec of 2020 and have still yet to receive an installation date. Customer service answers the phone, but seem to only be messengers with the same response every time I've called. Speaking to anyone further up the chain is impossible.. Horrible job servicing the customer.. I was surprised, as I've ordered one before and it was delivered and installed within 4 months.. Time frames way miss leading. Terrible customer services. Been waiting for a year on my building when I was told 3 to 4 months. They know nothing when you call for a status same response every time. Do not buy anything from them
Worst company to ever deal with if you want stress and love to get ripped off and you love to sit on hold for over a half hour then this company is for you This company is a theft charged me $ 200 for tiedowns and never installed them now this has been going on for a year and very poor customer service I would highly not recommend this company
They are not sending us info or texting or emailing us back. We just want to buy 1- 2 carports.
