I attended a Coast to Coast career fair at the Holiday Inn in Cherry Hill, NJ. It was a complete waste of time. Aside from the police department, a staffing agency, and a degree mill type school, all the companies there had commission-only sales jobs. Every single one of them. Absolute SCAM. I paid for 3 career fairs in advance. I showed up to the first one and the hotel concierge said that the date of the event had been changed. Coast-to-Coast did not not communication this to me or my colleague. When I reached out to the Events Director, he became very defensive. He never apologized or offered us reimbursement or even the option to attend another event to make up for it - which is what we wanted to do. So I read all the reviews on here, as well as other sites, and I was very cautious about attending the job fair hosted by Coast-to-Coast. I emailed them after signing up and asked for a list of the companies attending so I could at the very least prepare myself. I did not receive a response, which was a red flag, but I figured I'll go there and if things don't seem right I'll leave. That morning I received the email with the 15 companies that would be there. This company is a scam they tricked me into signing up by copying the exact same content from other career companies on Event Brite. They sign you up for an event and in 2 hours only 15 people came in. beware stay away...
