We are very happy with our experience with Coast to Coast cabinetry. They were able to help us redo our kitchen and make it a dream space. We were able to find the perfect color of green and style for our cupboards and didn’t have to settle. This company is an absolute nightmare. From start to finish it was a very difficult process with them when we redid our kitchen last year. Their designer Heather while very nice, is terrible with communication and there were so many hick-ups throughout our project. I will try to sum it up as best as I can. We were very satisfied with Coast to Coast Cabinets in Okemos and highly recommend them. Our new Kemper kitchen cabinets are beautiful, and the Coast to Coast service is excellent. Heather McDonald was superb working with us on developing a kitchen cabinet layout and following through on the details, order, and all followup, including working with our contractor who did the installation, and getting replacements for a couple of doors that had slight imperfections. Coast to Coast did an amazing job customizing my kitchen. I highly recommend the team.
I had a small project that was a slam dunk. I knew pretty much what I needed for the space. The selection process took minutes on my part but the follow-up and communication was less than desirable. Were the cabinets ordered once I placed a 50% deposit? Had to ask. When were they shipped? Again, had to ask. Oh by the way, she did reach out three weeks after I placed the order to make sure I knew that I had to have them picked up myself, contrary to what their website stated….that they delivered.
