We were very satisfied with Coast to Coast Cabinets in Okemos and highly recommend them. Our new Kemper kitchen cabinets are beautiful, and the Coast to Coast service is excellent. Coast to Coast did an amazing job customizing my kitchen. I highly recommend the team.
I had a small project that was a slam dunk. I knew pretty much what I needed for the space. The selection process took minutes on my part but the follow-up and communication was less than desirable. Were the cabinets ordered once I placed a 50% deposit? Had to ask. When were they shipped? Again, had to ask. Oh by the way, she did reach out three weeks after I placed the order to make sure I knew that I had to have them picked up myself, contrary to what their website stated….that they delivered. Coast to Coast Cabinets Co. ordered and supplied our Wellborn cabinets for a total kitchen remodel 5 years ago. Very positive experience through the entire process, They pay attention to every little detail, question or concern we had. Now we are in discussion for our next project of bathroom remodeling. Very easy communication, and great expertise. Highly recommend if you are in need of remodeling.
