Ms. Yañez did all my credentialing for my private practice. This was no easy task, as I have been in practice for years, and there was so much to untangle that was done incorrectly. She created a shared spreadsheet that was frequently updated so I knew where we were in the process for each insurance. Even when I got the confirmations from the insurances that I was in network, she still followed up to double check. This was my most efficient & professional credentialing experience in my 30+ year career.

I have been working through severe trauma with Kenderlin Kelly for the past 6 months. I’m super comfortable sharing with her and she keeps me accountable without making me feel judged at all. She really understands and it feels like talking to a friend. After our sessions I feel more grounded, focused and optimistic. If I don’t have a session with her for a week or two I start losing my marbles!

Elvira has been my counselor for more than 5 years. She has helped me tremendously throughout the years. She is a great listener. I like the fact that I can talk to her in English and Spanish. She not only understands me but, helps me get through anything in both languages. She is a very professional person which is a plus in my opinion. Overall, everywhere she goes I hope I can follow. I would not want any other counselor. Definitely the best in Fayetteville, NC.
