Amazing service at Coast Tire. Chris' expertise was greatly appreciated. We were traveling with our cat and Chris took great care and interest to ensure our cat would safe & not scared. Great Team...thank you.
Absolutely terrible experience here, would rate 0 stars if possible. TL;DR - They somehow made my alignment issue worse despite the car going in twice and my engine is now misfiring which wasn't an issue before their "service". My car felt like it had slight pull after putting on the summer tires, so I took it here for an alignment. They changed virtually nothing (I know because they give you a sheet detailing all the different specs before and after), even leaving multiple specs out of their acceptable range. Overall a good shop never let me down with my old car except recently I bought another car and had it pre purchase inspected from them and they said all is in good shape but now after purchasing I'm stuck spending almost 4k for new MVI. Mostly for entire rear suspension amd associted parts as well as all around brake pads and rotors and muffler. Wouldn't trust these mechanics again.
