I had an outstanding experience with Delta Foster, Service Advisor at Coast Tire in Woodstock. From our first phone call, she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and really took the time to understand what I needed. When I arrived in person, she immediately recognised me by my voice and greeted me by name — a small touch that made a big impression. Delta's warm professionalism and genuine care made the whole process smooth and stress-free. First-class service!
extremely bad service and customer service. told me i needed a ball joint in order to do an alignment after i told them when i dropped it off that i dont need a ball joint and my mechanic told me i didnt need anything done to my truck, took 2 hrs to put 4 tires on and laughed in my face and were extremely rude when i told them i dont need a ball joint and that they are scamming people. would not recommend this place at all. the only thing i regret is losing my cool because i was so frustrated with their service so i apologiz... read more
I had excellent service, I was able to get back on the road quickly with my campervan, thank you Jason and Elyse, I was able to continue my trip as planned!
Worst place too take your vehicle!!…they will overcharge you for any mechanical work done.If you are brave enough too take your vehicle here avoid the girl at the front desk as she cannot answer any questions with a clear answer.Their winter tires are also garbage lasted me 1 winter!!!!
Good place to go. Friendly atmosphere.
