Customer service was great, the people at the front desk are very friendly. However, I brought my vehicle for a diagnosis for an MVI. I was quoted around 1400, then the work was done and the price went down, but they quoted me again an additional 1400. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but then I went back for the appointment and the quote had gone up to 1600. Absolutely horrible. Had my car in for an oil change and winter tire install done.. then had some mechanic tell me I needed so much work I felt they were trying to scare me. I think his name was Greg? I did immediately question his opinion because this guy looked like he hadn't bathed in days dirt covering every part of his face. Had a flat on my rear drives when I got up at the Irving truck stop, Coast Tire took me right in and fixed me up and back on the highway, great service for an emergency repair even tho they where so busy they got me in ! Great work 👏
I’ve purchased a couple of sets of tires from Coast Tire New Glasgow and have always been happy with the service there. The most recent time, I came in with a set of worn Michelin snow tires that I purchased elsewhere, and Alex at Coast took a look at the worn tires and noticed that they all were worn prematurely in the middle. She suggested that it might be a warranty issue.
