They require you to show up 15 minutes early for your appointment. After waiting 45 minutes, I was told it would be at least 15 more minutes before I saw a doctor. This is unacceptable, and clearly they're over booking. There are other podiatrists in town!
I suffer from plantar fasciitis and was hoping to find a doctor that could help me with some Cortizone shots. The first problem I had with the practice is that I scheduled weeks ahead of time and then they called me that week to push me out later that day, which was a big inconvenience for me. second problem is their office was super hot and it smelled of mold, and this is a big contributor to that their AC went out. They added me to their schedule the very day I contacted them. “Dr. Dave” was professional and knowledgeable in my care and provided much needed relief. I was able to enjoy the remainder of my vacation with no problems. Thank you.
