I recently spent two nights here and experienced exceptional customer service. Thank you to the Front Desk Manager and Receptionist who were on duty the afternoon/evening of October 3. After a late check out I had to spend several hours in the lobby waiting for my ride. They went above and beyond making sure that I was completely comfortable. They even helped me to navigate my first Uber ride. What a memorable trip. Thank you!
Andrea, Cletus, Patrick,Cyrus, Mary and therest of the staff do an A-class jobof deliveringcomfortable and highquality hospitality.I get the vibe that this is more than just a job to them, and they truly care about their guests. Sirocco's menu is a chef's kiss. Clean rooms and nice amenitiesfor a relaxing stay.
