Pleasantly surprised….Very nice Hilton boutique hotel! Great location (5 min walk to beach), modern, extremely clean. Restaurant on-site serves delicious food. Staff friendly, helpful. Andrea was professional, resourceful and responded quickly to requests. Direct access to front desk via texting was really a great tool/feature offered. Will definitely return.
Everyone working here seem like they like working there. Very courteous, with lots of common sense, the staff made the visit great. Great location. Rooms are small. Water pressure not great. Tiny pool is unusable if there are rambunctious boys horsing around and screaming.
Regarding the lack of transparency, I noticed the Henlopen Hotel, which is oceanfront, charges around $350–$400 per night and offers actual ocean views, unlike the Hilton. Hilton's higher price isn’t justified; they charge $542.81 for the same night. Additionally, the hotel showed it was fully booked. However, they don't state that you have to book two nights. Knowing their efforts to increase sales, if two nights are booked, the hotel is no longer fully booked. Just don't try to cancel one night.
They must have some of the best Housekeeping and Maintenance staff. One of the cleanest, well maintained hotels in Rehoboth. Great staff, Clean pool, great food. Check in was fast, and friendly.
