I can’t say enough good things about COAST! Jake was my physical therapist to help treat a nagging hip injury from running. He performed a gait analysis and we were able to see where my areas of weakness were to help get to the root of my issue. He provided me with a great home exercise plan along with strengthening & mobility exercises that helped my running and significantly decreased my hip pain! I was able to compete a recent half marathon with no hip pain and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Jake & COAST!
My first experience with Physical Therapy and I can only say that Jake and the entire staff at Coast Rehab have been fantastic… they have helped me regain strength and conditioning after a total ankle replacement…. I’m not young and was concerned that my strength and balance would not return after surgery…but with the help of the professionals at Coast I’ve been very successful at regaining my flexibility and strength….
Absolutely, amazing.! The building is so clean and well organized and top of the art. Equipment, everybody is so nice and knowledgeable.. they take 100% 1 on 1 time with you and will help you perform the therapy and movements the way that they should. My physical therapist, Jake is just the tops. And all the other physical therapists are wonderful as well. Also, they give you an at home exercise schedule tips and tricks.
