Very rude on phone. No clear answers was told to call back tomorrow when asking hours and rates. Scales are not accurate. Scammers.
Service good
My son blew the engine in his old and tired 2007 Sonata. The recycling center in Solvay would give me about $170 based on the car's weight if I payed to have someone tow it in, while also having the gas tanked drained and then punctured with a large hole. They gave me the referral to Coastal and I spoke with Mike yesterday around 11am. His guys ended up being too busy to grab the car the same day.
