We purchased a property from Coast Realty. Very poor communication post sale from Bev-basically stopped taking our calls when we had issues and lied about the condition the property was left in when the vendor moved out. First time I’ve never been congratulated for buying a property and provided with a token of congratulations eg bottle of wine. All service and care ceased immediately on sale. This is why real estate agents have a bad name.

Great͏ clarity Great, clear communication and very responsive to our contact, including after hours. We are very happy with how Stuart handled the process and in the end we are delighted with the result.
Great͏ experience with Stuart, who managed to close 2 transactions (buys/sell) at the same time Stuart was selling my house whilst also selling the land that i bought. He worked hard to bring both transactions to a conclusion at the same time, at prices that all parties could agree to. Very happy with the experience!
Bev was so easy to work with during the purchase of our home. She is very professional, caring and always made herself available to answer any questions. We would certainly enlist Bev again to buy or sell a property.
