they put me in collections and never sent me a bill. I called the number on the website and the call was never answered. they are exactly why the medical system in our country is messed up. go somewhere else dont use them you might regret it.
This level of billing incompetence is so extreme, it borders on fraud. It simply is not possible to repeatedly have such poor billing practices year after year, causing the same harm to so many unwary customers. I just received two collection notices from different lawyers. Once from 2016 that I have no clue what it is about (yes, my credit rating is in the 800s, I pay all my bills, and pay them on time). I would not even give this establishment a 1 star. My husband went for imaging back in 2018, and bill was paid by our insurance. Coastal Radiology has said that we have not paid and sent us to debt collectors twice! I have proved twice that we do not owe the bill they claim we owe. Both debit collectors said it is Coastal Radiology's accounting problem. I have tried to call Coastal Radiology and cannot get through. Do not go, chose a different imaging center!
Fraudulent and erroneous collection practices.. I had a call suddenly out of the blue saying I owed money for full insurance covered medical event 5 years ago I told them everything was covered by insurance at the time.. Now received a letter asking me to pay six or seven small charges which were possibly never presented to the insurance and would have would have been covered!! .. I set up a payment plan to pay off my bill. About 3 weeks ago, my card information was hijacked and my bank canceled my card. I received a new card with a different number in the mail, and a week later, my final payment was to go through. They sent me an email notifying me the payment didn't go through, without giving me a number to contact. I called the number provided by Google, and it says the number has been disconnected.
