First of all, thumbs up for Patrick Rabon, the tech who came out early this morning to remove a 19 year old water heater (which was deaths' door) and replaced it with a new one. Theere were some glitches due to code complliance standards between the old and new units, but Patrick handled all of those with no upcharges. He stayed around another 30 minutes to test/verify the hot water output. i would give him 6 stars if I could.

I highly recommend this service. I was experiencing a clogged bathtub drain, overflowing water in the restroom, and ongoing pipe issues. Patrick Rabon was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He clearly explained the situation, walked me through the cause of the problem, and outlined the repair solution in detail.
