If you are selling your house. Do not EVER accept an offer with a loan from this mortgage company. The Appraiser they sent appraised our home 35k less than what the accepted offer was. Now we were forced to take the insult of an appraisal due to that appraisal being so low. The appraisal they sent screwed me and my husband out of 25k profit on our home. We wouldn't have been able to sell our home higher than the "appraised" value. Do not EVER accept an offer from this loan company. You'll loose 30k easily.

She works diligently with buyers to find the best rate and the best fit for the buyers budget. She works with the buyers comfort zone. Her communication with her buyers and with the buyers agent is constant throughout the buying process to the closing. These are the qualities you want in a loan officer. I highly recommend.
