I booked an appointment at 12 PM for a simple oil change—nothing fancy, nothing extra. It should have been quick and straightforward. Instead, they somehow managed to drag it out for three hours. To make matters worse, they took their sweet time updating me about my car’s status. I had to sit there wondering what was going on, only to find out later that after my car was finally done, they just left it sitting out in the parking lot for about 20 minutes without saying a word. We highly recommend Coast Nissan. Inventory is great, many choices & cars in such clean good condition. Analizia helped me & did a good job informing me of everything i needed to know.
I bought 2 brand new trucks for my business and rely on them everyday. Unfortunately an employee had a mishap and bent some parts under the truck. We didn't know what was wrong but Leo jumped right on it. Took pictures, let us know what needed to be done and gave us a very reasonable price. We needed it back and it took less than a day. My next work truck will be a Nissan. Great truck, and that kind of service is difficult to find now and days. Thanks Leo, and thanks Nissan! See you soon.
Update: Bummer that management canceled their Lyft service! Mark Kyle, thank you so much for accommodating me and taking me to work AND picking me up! Mark, you are AWESOME! I appreciate that everyone is so nice! Nathan was my service rep. He is always so nice even when I'm late for my early morning appointment! They get me a Lyft ride to work and then Lyft me back to my car at the end of the day. Rodger is also a very sweet guy. The service staff have all been awesome and very helpful with anything I need. Thank you guys!
