Dropped off my windlass for rebuild and a week later he notified me he couldn't start unless I paid him **** of the total **** up front (which is illegal in **********). I should have seen the red flag that he only accepted money wires transfers and Venmo. Like others before, he collected deposit and has not completed the work. Do Not do business with this Company and ***.
Horrible customer **********************. Took my parts 6 months ago and no response now. 20 emails and text messages. All I want is parts back that he took from my yacht. Bummed
On December 28, 2021 signed authorization and paid Coast Marine the amount requested since they were the repair company that the manufacturer recommended. No warranty was part of the work requested. As of this date, March 3, 2022 we are still waiting for our equipment to be returned to our yacht. Phone calls are not answered, no contact with *** and he does not respond. We went by his place of business but no one was there even though all the lights were on. We wanted to get our equipment and find someone else to fix it.
