Wish I could write something positive. I called several companies and looked at reviews before talking to John the owner. I asked John to come out and service several mortise locks in our vintage house. I restored the house in 2010 and in the process I repaired all of the locks in the house. Didn't want to do it myself this time so I called John. A week after John did his work one of our tenants complained about one of the locks John worked on. He said he need to rotate the knob almost 300 degrees to get the door to open. I ... read more

First time I used Pops Locksmith on 7/14/2010. I saw one happy customer rating on another website so I thought I would try him. Pops (his nickname) was on time and professional. I will use him again! I had 3 doors to be re-keyed but one of them was badly damaged and the hole in the door was made bigger and off center now due to previous owner's work.
