Has gone downhill... A family-run shop with pretty good printing and hands-on attention to print jobs, but they seem to lose their way periodically, forgetting that service is as important as doing good printing and that added charges for too many items only turns away customers. It wasn't always like this, but maybe the competition got too tough. I hope they find their way back to the customer-oriented philosophy that served them so well before.
