Excellent Repair knowledgeable Staff – I have taken 3 pieces of equipment in for them to repair. They are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are under new ownership, but that didnt stop me, from the time I walked in I was greeted by extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. One piece of equipment had a major failure, and instead of telling me over the phone they brought me in so that there mechanic could show me what happened and why it happened. re: coast lawnmower. Bad experience. The young lady at the front desk wasn't very receptive, or attentive (flat affect- no emotion-some what defensive). They said that it would take a week to get to my edger fixed and that they would call me. After a week and a half later it was I that called them.
