I recently dined at Coast Kitchen while staying at Timber Cove Resort, and it was a convenient, tasty option right on-site. The burger was a standout—juicy, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. As for the mussels, they were decent but nothing exceptional, a little too heavy on the white wine sauce; I wouldn’t say they’re a must-order. What a delightful place! The bar was beautiful, clean, and friendly. We were greeted warmly by Ximena and Brian. In fact, every staff member we spoke with was top notch. The dining room is simple but elegant. Avery took outstanding care of us. Her knowledge of the menu was super helpful.
