Customers beware, Stay away from this place. They did a job for me a years ago I just forgot to write a review on this company. Not only is the owner very rude and unprofessional and likes to swear and thinks that type of language is acceptable, his workmanship is unacceptable. I’m not sure who I spoke to? Kindergarten cop. Nonetheless, thanks for your honesty and genuine concern regarding the safety of my children and our metal spiral staircase. You saved me thousands of dollars and preservation of a unique structure. All I need are mesh and zip ties from HD. Thanks for keeping it real, you brought my worries into prospective. Really bad service and really rude
They don’t except small jobs. Customer service is off; waste of time.
Jim and his company saved our sanity a few years back when a different (supposed) iron worker took our money and never did the work. We were shy about hiring someone else but once we met the owner of Coast Iron Works we knew he was an honest man. His crew (very pleasant gentlemen as well) did three outstanding jobs for us and anytime we need an adjustment because of the ground constantly shifting they come right out and make it right again. It is so comforting for old folks like us to have faith in this company
