Arrived Wednesday afternoon, calling nobody answered, nobody on the reception, calling ring bell over half hour,someone answered, I had to give my phone number to receive my room key.Noise in the day shocking loud under my room construction. Email the owner she just appolliges, don't rent room when u do construction, customer paied excessive amount one room,which had a tyni sink a cattle doesn't fits Overall i do not recommend this motel,communication worst ,no understanding, no empathy just all about money.

The room didn't have carpet as shown in the picture when I made the booking, so bring socks!... but it's extremely clean & looks as though it's been updated. It is basic & simple, but has what you need for a night or 2. The bed is comfy & if you get the aircon on the right setting/temp, you'll be comfortable through the night. I chose a room that was meant to be quiet, but got one upstairs instead. We had our Dinner at thr Ballina RSL it was very nice and filling We only slept there for the night. We didn't need any service.

Room was huge and moderately clean.Needs an update...tiny basin in the bathroom,hard to fill the kettle without covering the floor with water.Room was right next to the busy 4 lane road which didn't let up all night.Shower was great.Young lady at checkout was lovely..
