Went for dinner only, the food and service were great. Will definitely back.
So this is a first for me. Not once have I ever written a bad review. I try and give everyone a boost because we are all trying to do the best we can , but today I am still in shock about what just happened while staying at the coast inn motel ballina. Sadly, I experienced a payment discrepancy between the booking agent and the motel. Unfortunately, the motel was either unable or unwilling to resolve the issue, leaving me caught in the middle. If you're booking through third-party platforms like Booking.com, be prepared for some run-around should anything go wrong. Disappointing...
Stayed for 2 nights in an upstairs room that was tastefully renovated. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night. All shopping and restaurants were within walking distance. Thank you so much to the housekeeping staff that notified us of items that were accidentally left by us when checking out
We called motel directly and booked a room last minute and the lady was so helpful and lovely. Key pick up was easy as and the downstairs room was quite nice. Everything you would need in a room. Location on River Street is perfect to get around the town and RSL for a nice meal is only 400 meters down the road. Would definitely stay here again
