Worked with Chris and the members of their team, they were exceptionally organized, very thorough with the entire planning/permitting process. Would highly recommend using this company for new builds as well as large renovations!

We originally met with Chris Ferguson of Coast Homes, LLC in 2020. We interviewed a few other builders and decided on him based on his word of always communicating, being available per his website, and was within our budget. Everything started out fine, but soon after we realized he would not be onsite supervising our home build. He sent an independent contractor to supervise the build our home.
