My husband and I were thrilled with the 5 star experience we had with Chris and his entire team. From our first meeting with the design center till the day we closed was superb. I especially appreciated the immediacy of Chris returning my calls and the personal experience from him as the builder. All of the subs were extremely professional and helped guide us when we had questions as well. If we ever choose to build again we would definitely choose Chris and Coast Homes.
After 3 years of living in our 5th wheel we’re in our dream home!! Chris and his team went above and beyond, keeping build on schedule! Chris put us in touch with an architect who drew up exactly what we wanted in a timely manner. Once the slab was poured contractors were there just about every day! Chris was quick to get back to us when we had questions and built our home as if it was his. Quality materials, professional contractors and great communication is why we would highly recommend Coast Homes for your custom home!!
Coast Homes recently completed construction our new Wildlight Location. Chris and his team were phenomenal. The office buildout was done quick and efficient. Chris set realistic expectations about the length of the project. Those expectations were exceeded. I would highly recommend Chris and Coast homes.
Worked with Chris and the members of their team, they were exceptionally organized, very thorough with the entire planning/permitting process. Would highly recommend using this company for new builds as well as large renovations!
