Rich is a true professional. He is prompt and thorough. He helped us find a major concern on a property we were about to buy and saved us more time and money than I can bear to think. He has been in the industry for a very long time and gets into the deep dark corners of an inspection where others don't. Highly recommended!
I first encountered David in 2010 during a difficult home inspection on my current home, which was bank owned at the time. His report I often referred back to over the years because it was so thorough. David's calm nature got me through yet another inspection in 2021 where I got out of a disappointing situation. Not all inspectors are as comprehensive nor do they explain/talk to you as they're going through the home. I highly recommend.
Dave was absolutely the best. I had no idea about anything house related before my home inspection with him. He was very thorough. He explained everything he did as he was doing it, to tell me what he was checking for while simultaneously teaching me how to care for my (hopefully) new home. He was very straightforward and reasonable about the condition of everything without scaring this first time buyer. We used Dave for our home inspection and he was great! I'll never look at a home the same way again. I learned so much walking through the house with him. He was thorough, but practical regarding the severity of what he found. He gave me a lot of things to look out for in the future, even if we don't make them part of our deal with the seller. I'm confident not only in his findings, but his recommendations as well. We could not be happier.
