They suck!!! Absolutely will not answer the phone. I've even had businesses say they won't answer the phone even for them. I'm NOT driving all the way there without knowing if he has what I need. What is the point to having a phone if you don't answer the thing. Now if he will pay my gas to come to him just to be told they don't have what I need then fine. Otherwise I won't be going. My truck has hard to find tires and I'm not wasting my time if he is not willing to help before I get there by answering the stupid phone.
