Very professional & personable service. Staff are very obliging at assisting with your needs, they were able to track down a hard to find product & kept me informed throughout the whole process. A great team.

Unfortunately very poor experience. Glass was delivered in different level of tint. Flyscreen was delivered and installed in wrong colour. Lock was incorrectly installed compared to what was agreed on. The project manager did not come back to me for weeks. The whole project was delayed for months. Only positive was the actual material but the service and communication was beyond poor.
From the start of the quote with Jake and Alex, it has been a pleasant experience. We changed all our windows and doors and added new massive glass windows for our extension. Very professional team and the windows are of great quality. Alex & Jake were also available to support through the whole process. The garage door inspection was done on schedule. However, findings were not discussed in detail. No safety advice was given. Testing was minimal. The service felt average.
