Everything seems to have gone smoothly. I appreciated the emails regarding progress. Gage was very polite and seemed to be efficient.
The service techs were on time and very friendly, got right to work and fixed problem, were very patient as my wife and i watched the repair and answered all questions.
They were professional and got the job done! Thanks to their team!
This company was great to work with and I will 100% call them if needed in the future. The two guys that came to work on the furnace arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, recommended future maintenance services without any high pressure sales and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, I don’t remember their names. My appointment had to be rescheduled because the snow and ice storm made travel treacherous and the company kept in good communication with me and got me another appointment as soon as they could.
