Nick did excellent work. He was friendly, tidy and explained his work thoroughly . I would recommend him to anyone needing help working on a gas fireplace.
Their technicians explained everything to me and their customer service in installing a new furnace was outstanding
You MUST experience the customer service of this amazing company. They are so thoughtful, kind and just dang good at what they do! Can't recommend them highly enough!
Very good communication by both the office and the field tech.
Only reason for four stars is I think they forgot to put us in the system the day of diagnostics for my gas fireplace. So I had to call after the window. Luckily the tech, Gage, was there shortly after my call. As it was not a part on hand they needed to reschedule and I was able to do so with ease and chose a time to fit my schedule. Nick did the work and he was great and very personable, and early!
