Not very nice and impressed about the woman style of communication over the phone when I called for inquiring Furnace heating, it surely felt like my inquiry not very important to her or wasting her time Becuase she has better things to do . Compared to Diamond heating Adry was able to listen and understand my issues not been arrogant but work on the issues right away .
The technicians called prior to arrival and showed up on time for which I am grateful. We live in a remote area and sometimes service people show up late or not at all. They were personable and knowledgeable, went right to work solving the problems with our fireplace. Clean, respectful, in and out in no time. We’re extremely grateful they could fix the problem. I highly recommend Coast Heating and all its employees.
