From first phone call to final invoicing this was a total five star experience. We had our propane fireplace serviced and then had a fireplace chase cap and Wind shield put on based on the initial service which showed our cap was askew. I can't say enough good things about our experience. True professionals from start to finish!
Absolutely amazing to work with. We are a family owned small business in Newport Oregon. I went to them with a problem with one of our fireplaces. Explain the situation because we own a small bed-and-breakfast. They responded immediately. The tech was a pleasure to work with as well as the staff. Very highly recommend. We will be using them for all of our services on our eight fireplaces.
My father purchased a pellet heater from this company around 2009. In April 2024, he had to have the igniter replaced and had this company come out to replaced the igniter. 15 years of usage out of an igniter seems like a decent lifespan. A few months later he passed away. The family noticed that the pellet heater wasn't working and we called this company to make repairs. I took my fire place door in there from 1996. With a seal and broken glass to be repaired and replaced. I thought it was not achievable to get fixed without replacing the whole fireplace. They were amazing And said no problem. It was fixed and looks amazing, Within a week. They have a Amazing availability on new fireplaces, good prices too. Two thumbs up. I will be going there for all my fireplace needs From now on. Thanks again.
