I wanted to share how wonderful that staff is at this location. The front desk receptionist Sara is fantastic. She worked so hard with my busy schedule to accommodate me and reschedule when I could not make it. She did it with such patience and kindness and attentions, she is a true gem! Rare find to see someone working front desk with true integrity!
Exceptionally thorough, professional and friendly
EDIT: annual follow-up check. This doc is great! The entire staff are professional, courteous, and accommodating. Very pleased with the attentive service. My mother was a patient for years. Now it's my turn. Very skilled, professional, and courteous. Nice staff. Real, customized - updatable - hearing aids are far superior to the non-Rx over-the-counter versions.
