"Very friendly/hospitable customer service and organized supply aisles. Was impressed to see how well-stocked each aisle was with a variety of tools, hardware, and overall supplies. I'm an Hvacr technician and was able to locate certain drill bit kits and pieces that are actually rare to find elsewhere which was a helpful surprise. For owner of supplies master! Please hire an additional helper for the backroom painting mix. It’s not efficient to have just one person working in the mornings, as it's taking too long to fulfill my paint orders. You had good service when there were two people handling the orders in the morning. Now, it seems like you’re expecting one person to manage hundreds of orders just to save a few dollars. This approach is not sustainable and is unfair to the employee.
